Shaw fishes a small reservoir off of the Yadkin River in North Carolina and offers a complete how-to course on fishing spinnerbaits and buzzbaits for largemouth bass.

"Suwannee Drum" - April 12^th, 13^th, 18^th

Shaw joins good friend and renowned tarpon guide Steve Kilpatrick for a sight fishing expedition for redfish & black drum on Florida’s Gulf coast. Fishing the salt creeks that comprise the estuary of the Suwannee River, Shaw and Steve ply the shallow water for reds but a couple of bruiser sized cousins of the redfish steal the show.

"Lake Erie Smallmouths" - April 19^th, 20^th, 25^th

Fellow B.A.S.S angler and Canadian Fish & Game officer, Aaron Barber joins Shaw for a smallmouth bonanza in the crystal clear waters of Lake Erie near Buffalo, NY. Searching for barely perceptible humps in water to 30', it’s a clinic on jigging for giant smallies.

"Matagorda Trout" - April 26^th, 27^th

Where the Colorado River flows into the Gulf of Mexico in East Texas lies Matagorda Bay, an incredibly fertile area of shallow water that is home to some formidable redfish and speckled trout. On an extremely windy, late Fall day, Shaw finds himself in the middle of non-stop action with both species.
